I placed my order on 4-17-2015 early am it's now 4-21-2015 after 8pm I called earlier I got the run around about why my order hasn't shipped yet but the money has been gone from my account since 4-19 2015 it was my understanding that money wouldn't be taken until the order has shipped the custermer service I spoke with was very rude and I didn't appreciate that at all I've been buying goods from Paul Frederick for years I order early Friday so I could have my goods taking to the cleaners to have them pressed out so I could have the on my honey moon so here it is late Tuesday night and still no email of items shipped! My name is Ollie hurt jr order # is 715**** and I'm very very up set at the poor service from customer service & the poor service from your shipping warehouse this will also effect future service! Ohurtjr@***.com

We appreciate your feedback, however we are sorry to hear of your experience. As your order was received in the evening of Friday, 04/17/2015, it did not begin processing until Monday, 04/20/2015.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only and we do require a minimum of 24 hours for processing.

There are no charges on your credit card until the order ships, however when an order is placed, there will be an authorization on your credit card. The authorization is dropped automatically by your bank, after 5 business days.

Your order was shipped on 04/22/2015 and shipping from our warehouse in eastern Pennsylvania to you is 4-6 business days.

You can track your parcel with the "Order Status" link on our website, by entering your order confirmation number or email address and zip code.
